The event start time may change depending on onsite conditions.
All dates and times stated are based on Philippine Standard Time (PHT).
Participants traveling from overseas are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. The organizer is not responsible for any issues related to travel schedules, visa processing, or transportation delays.
[ EVENT VENUE ]
Due to the exclusive nature of the event, venue details will be shared only with confirmed attendees via e-mail. Please ensure that the e-mail address provided during registration is accurate and accessible, as all event-related communications will be sent to that address.
The event will be held within Metro Manila.
[ EVENT CAPACITY ]
★ Limited seats only.
★ Only one (1) ticket may be purchased per person.
★ No additional seats will be opened.
★ This fan meeting will be managed by Starlike Music and conducted in accordance with the format of a Korean-style fan sign event.
★ Upon registration at the event venue, attendees will be asked to draw an official number from a designated draw box. The number drawn will determine both their seating assignment and queue order for the fan sign session.

★ This event is designed as a cafe fan meeting and fan signing experience with a very limited number of participants. Early purchase is recommended as tickets may sell out quickly.
★ Please note that this event will be conducted as a cafe fan meeting. The artist will not participate in any barista-related activities, and no barista event or drink-serving activities are included in the program.

[ PAYMENT METHODS ]

– Orders paid through PayPal are instantly confirmed.
Manual Bank Deposit via GCASH, UnionBank, BPI, GoTyme
– Orders paid through Manual Bank Transfer are NOT instantly confirmed.
– Please make sure to fill out the Bank Deposit Payment Submission Form and allow 24-48 hours (depending on volume) for TimelessNotes LIVE to confirm your payment.
– Orders without a submitted Bank Deposit Payment Submission Form will NOT be processed or confirmed.
Manual Bank Deposit Process:
– If you selected Manual Bank Deposit during checkout, your order will automatically be placed under “On Hold” status pending payment confirmation.
– An “Order On Hold” e-mail containing the official payment details and the Bank Deposit Payment Submission Form link will automatically be sent to your registered e-mail address. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
– Payment must be completed within twenty-four (24) hours. Unpaid orders beyond this period will be canceled and the reserved ticket/s will be released back into inventory.
– Once your payment has been successfully validated, your order status will change from “On Hold” to “Processing.”
– An “Order Processing” e-mail with the PDF invoice attached will then be sent as your final order confirmation. Present this together with your valid ID on event day for validation.
[ REFUND POLICY ]
★ All sales are considered FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. The organizers will not facilitate exchanges or transfers.
[ FOR MINOR ATTENDEES ]
★ Minors aged 17 and below may only participate in the event if accompanied by a ticket-bearing adult OR upon submission of a printed Consent & Waiver Form duly signed by their parent or legal guardian.

★ The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any minor who does not fulfill either of the criteria above.
[ REGISTRATION PROCEDURE ]
★ For attendees with confirmed tickets, the following must be presented upon wristband claiming:
– One (1) valid government-issued physical photo ID with a name matching the registered order. If presenting a Digital National ID, attendees must open and present it directly through the eGovPH app. Screenshots will NOT be accepted.
– Student IDs will also be accepted if presented together with a study load, certificate of enrollment, or other proof confirming current student status. Both digital and printed copies will be accepted.
– Printed or electronic copy of the PDF invoice attached to the Order Processing e-mail.
★ If a ticket was purchased through a third party or transferred by the original buyer, the new ticket holder must present the following during verification:
– Signed authorization letter from the original ticket holder, including their contact number
– Clear copy of the original ticket holder’s valid government-issued ID
– Copy of the Order Processing e-mail or PDF invoice
★ The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or refuse registration if the submitted documents are incomplete, suspicious, tampered with, or do not match the registered ticket information.
[ EVENT PROGRESS INFORMATION ]
★ This fan meeting will be managed by Starlike Music and conducted in accordance with the format of a Korean-style fan sign event.
★ Upon registration at the event venue, attendees will be asked to draw an official number from a designated draw box. The number drawn will determine both their seating assignment and queue order for the fan sign session.
★ Participants are advised to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the event start time for registration. Late arrivals may result in limited participation in certain event segments.
★ The PHP 200 drink coupon is valid only on the event date and cannot be redeemed afterward. Please ensure that you use your coupon before leaving the venue.
★ During the event program, participants are requested to remain seated unless otherwise instructed by event staff. Standing, moving around the venue, or approaching the artist area without permission is not permitted.
★ Exit and re-entry to the venue will be permitted during the event. However, as the program is expected to run for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, participants are encouraged to remain inside the venue to fully enjoy the fan meeting experience.
★ Photography without flash and video recording are permitted during the event. However, personal photography (selfies) and personal video recording are strictly prohibited during the fan sign interaction with the artist.
★ Fan sign participation will take place during the event using the provided A5 sign paper. The artist will not sign any materials other than the provided A5 sign paper.
★ The artist may write a “To. (Name)” message on the sign paper. To facilitate a smoother fan sign session, please prepare your preferred name on a Post-it note (English or Korean only) and place it on top of the sign paper when presenting it to the artist for signing.
★ Top-up polaroid photo and phone selfie benefits will be conducted during designated photo sessions under staff supervision. Recording the photo session or enabling screen recording on your phone prior to your selfie with the artist is strictly prohibited.
★ Participants must be present and ready when their interaction turn is called. If a participant is not present when called, the organizer may proceed to the next participant, and the missed interaction benefit may be considered forfeited.
★ All top-up interaction benefits are assigned according to the purchaser’s official queue number and are non-transferable.
★ Participants must follow all instructions given by event staff to ensure the smooth progress of the event.
[ GIFT POLICY ]
★ Participants may bring fan letters or non-perishable small gifts for the artist no bigger than A4 size.
There will be designated drop boxes for these items at the registration booth for each venue.
★ Small fan gifts must be dropped at the designated gift box and may not be given directly to the artist during the event. If possible, small gifts should be limited to items such as keychains, bracelets, accessories, small hand-sized stuffed toys.
★ For safety and operational reasons, the following items will not be accepted: food or beverages containing nuts or shrimp, perishable items, large or bulky gifts, flowers or oversized plush toys, and other items deemed inappropriate by staff.
★ The organizer reserves the right to refuse any gifts that do not comply with the event guidelines.
[ IMPORTANT NOTES ]
★ Excessive requests, inappropriate language, physical contact beyond what is permitted for the event activity, or behavior that may cause discomfort to the artist or disrupt the event may result in immediate restriction of participation at the discretion of the organizer. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
★ Please ensure that you are available on the event date and time before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued due to personal schedule conflicts or inability to attend.
★ The organizer is not responsible for disadvantages caused by incorrect information entered during purchase.
★ The event program may be adjusted depending on onsite conditions or artist schedules.
★ The organizer reserves the right to change above written event details without prior notice.
