[ PAYMENT INFORMATION ]
Payments may be made via PayPal or manual bank transfer to our Korean or Philippine bank account at checkout. PayPal payments are confirmed instantly, while manual bank transfer payments may take up to 48 hours for verification and confirmation of your transfer.

[ EVENT PROGRESS INFORMATION ]
★ Queue numbers will be issued at the event venue based on the order of purchase. This number will determine your seat assignment and queue order for the fansign and phone selfie sessions.
★ Participants are advised to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the event start time for registration and claiming of merchandise. Late arrivals may result in limited participation in certain event segments.
★ 200 PHP K:ITA CAFE drink coupon is valid only on your event date and cannot be claimed afterward. Please make sure to use your coupon before leaving the venue.
★ Seats are assigned according to the issued queue number. Participants are kindly requested to remain in their assigned seats unless instructed otherwise by event staff.
★ During the event program, participants are requested to remain seated unless instructed otherwise by event staff. Standing, moving around the venue, or approaching the artist area without permission may disrupt the event and is not permitted.
★ Exit and re-entry to the venue will be permitted during the event. However, as the event program is expected to run for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, participants are encouraged to remain inside the venue during the program to fully enjoy the fanmeeting experience.
★ Photography and video recording are permitted during the event. However, video recording is strictly prohibited during close interactions with the artist (e.g. during your fansign turn).
★ The cafe fanmeeting program will include artist talk segments, fan interactions, and a fansign session.
★ Fansign participation will take place during the event using the provided A5 postcard.
★ Phone selfies will be conducted during a designated selfie session under staff supervision.
★ Instax photo benefits will be conducted during a separate interaction segment according to the organizer’s instructions.
★ Participants must be present and ready when their interaction turn is called. If a participant is not present at the time of their turn, the organizer may proceed to the next participant and the missed interaction benefit may be considered forfeited.
★ Interaction benefits such as fansign participation, phone selfies, and Instax photo sessions are assigned according to the purchaser’s order and are non-transferable onsite.
★ Participants must follow all instructions given by event staff during the event to ensure smooth event progress.
[ GIFT POLICY ]
Participants may bring fan letters or small gifts for the artist.
Fan letters or cards may be handed directly to the artist during the fansign.
Small fan gifts must be dropped at the designated gift box upon registration at the entrance of the venue and may not be given directly to the artist during the event. Small gifts should be limited to items such as keychains, bracelets, accessories, small hand-sized stuffed toys.
For safety and operational reasons, the following items will not be accepted: food or beverages, perishable items, large or bulky gifts, flowers or oversized plush toys, and other items deemed inappropriate by staff.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse any gifts that do not comply with the event guidelines.
[ IMPORTANT NOTES ]
★ Excessive requests, inappropriate language, physical contact beyond what is permitted for the event activity, or behavior that may cause discomfort to the artist or disrupt the event may result in immediate restriction of participation at the discretion of the organizer. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
★ Products purchased during the sales period are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled once payment has been completed.
★ Please ensure that you are available on the event date and time before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued due to personal schedule conflicts or inability to attend.
★ The organizer is not responsible for disadvantages caused by incorrect information entered during purchase.
★ The event program may be adjusted depending on onsite conditions or artist schedules.
★ If the artist becomes unable to participate due to unavoidable circumstances, such notices may be announced shortly before the event. We ask for your kind understanding in advance.
★ The organizer reserves the right to change or cancel event details if necessary.
