IMPORTANT REMINDERS
1. Please accept ‘Contact Requests’ you will receive on Zoom from any of our five accounts: TimelessNotes LIVE, TNLive (B), TNLive (C), TNLive (D) and TNLive (E). If you do not accept our contact requests, we will not be able to facilitate your video call with MustB properly. If you have not provided your Zoom account e-mail address to us, please e-mail the information to contact@timelessnotes.live AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have participated in our previous fan meetings, you are already in our contact list. You may not receive a contact request, but rest assured that we already have your contact details on Zoom.
2. Please CHANGE your Zoom Name to your FIRST NAME/NICKNAME in your order. This will make it easier for us to identify you on our Zoom contact list.
3. Please be on standby for your calls at least 10 minutes before your scheduled call time. If you do not answer the call after we ring you twice, we will move on to the next participant waiting for their call, and you will be eliminated from participating in the event. Please understand that depending on circumstances during the event and the artist’s circumstances, there may be a delay in the progress of calls. Please take our call timetable as a guideline for the sequence of calls.
4. Before your call starts, please test your internet connection and make sure that you are able to make video calls without connection issues. We will not be responsible for any dropped calls occurring as a result of poor internet connection and device issues from the participant’s end.
5. When your video call time is up, an alarm tone will ring – please make sure to leave the meeting room. If the participant does not leave the meeting room by the end of the designated time, you may be removed from the meeting room without warning.
6. We do not have prohibited questions for you to ask MustB, but please be mindful of their personal space. Should there be any situations wherein the idol seems to feel uncomfortable with the conversation, we will not hesitate to remove you from the meeting room and terminate your call without notice.

重要な注意事項

4. 通話開始前に、インターネット接続のテストを行い、接続に問題がなくビデオ通話ができることをご確認ください。インターネット接続の不備や参加者側の端末の問題で発生した通話の切断については、当社は責任を負いかねます。
5. 予約時間に2人以上のメンバーが重複している場合、順番を若干変更して進行することがあります。
6. ビデオ通話の時間になる場合、アラーム音が鳴りますので、必ずミーティングルームから退室してください。指定された時間に退室されない場合は、警告なしにミーティングルームから退室させる場合がございます。
