1️⃣ Place your order on TimelessNotes LIVE.
TimelessNotes LIVE에서 주문을 완료하세요.

2️⃣ Please wait for the confirmation email with our official bank or PayPal details, which will be sent on September 10 at around 12PM (PH time). (Kindly also check your spam folder.)
Important: Do not send any payments to bank accounts other than the one provided in our email.

확인 이메일(은행 또는 PayPal 결제 정보 포함)은 9월 10일 오후12시(필리핀 시간) 에 발송될 예정이니 기다려 주시기 바랍니다. (스팸함도 꼭 확인해 주세요.)

3️⃣ Once you receive the confirmation e-mail with payment instructions, your ticket is on hold for 1 hour only. If payment via bank transfer or PayPal and sending the transaction receipt screenshot to us is not completed within this time, the order will be canceled and the ticket will be released back to inventory.

4️⃣ Reply to our e-mail with a screenshot of your completed payment. The date, time, and payment transaction number must be clearly displayed in the screenshot.
결제가 완료되면 결제 완료 화면 캡처본을 확인 메일에 회신해 주세요. 결제/입금의 날짜, 시간 및 결제거래호가 화면 캡처에 명확히 표시되어야 합니다.

5️⃣ Once we confirm your payment, your order status will change from “On Hold” to “Processing” — and your ticket is secured!
결제 확인 후 주문 상태가 “On Hold(보류)”에서 “Processing(처리 중)”으로 변경되며, 티켓이 확정됩니다!

Event Mechanics

1. Event Details

• All fan interaction events will take place after XLOV’s stage performance.
  Event program flow: main show > hi-bye > group photo > fan sign 
  The organizers have arranged the program flow to ensure that the fan sign session receives the optimal amount of time possible.

2. Ticket Availability

• A total of 400 tickets will be released for the October 2 mall show – ALL SOLD ONLINE ONLY.
  • 100 SVIP WITH FANSIGN
  • 150 VIP WITH GROUP PHOTO
  • 150 GENERAL WITH HI-BYE SESSION
• 👉 IMPORTANT: Due to the limited number of tickets available, each person may only purchase ONE (1) ticket. If duplicate purchases are made by one person, the lower-tier tickets will be automatically canceled without further notice.
• MINORS aged 13 to 17 years old are welcome to join the event. However, they must present a waiver signed by their guardian before entering the venue. (Waivers will be provided at the venue / softcopy available for self-printing if you request via e-mail.) Please note that without a signed waiver, the organizers may deny entry for the minor’s safety.If you are a guardian who wishes to purchase tickets for both yourself and your minor so you can accompany them, please reach out to us at marketing@timelessnotes.org for assistance.

3. Ticket Prices & Payment Methods

• Online Ticket Prices:
  • SVIP WITH FANSIGN – 4,000 PHP
  • 150 VIP WITH GROUP PHOTO – 2,500 PHP
  • 150 GENERAL WITH HI-BYE SESSION – 1,000 PHP
• Online Purchase Payment Methods:
  • Bank Transfer (PHP)
    • Bank Transfer / Deposit Instructions:
      • When checking out, select the Bank Deposit option to make a manual bank payment in PHP.
      • For buyers outside the Philippines, you may also use WISE to deposit money to our PH bank account
        
      • Upon checking out, an invoice with our PH bank details will be sent to you via e-mail. Please make sure to check your spam!
  • Manual PayPal Invoice
    • For those who select PayPal payment option, please be informed that an additional 5% is charged on top of the ticket price to cover PayPal fees. You may use credit/debit cards to make payments on PayPal. An invoice will be sent to you via e-mail, so please make sure to check your spam!

5. Entry & Seat Numbers

• For all ticket tiers, entry and seat numbers will be assigned in the order that payments are confirmed. A full list of participants with their assigned entry and seat numbers will be uploaded as a separate notice on TimelessNotes LIVE at a later date. 

6. Fansign, Group Photo & Hi-Bye Guidelines

• FOR SVIP: Each ticket allows one (1) XLOV sign paper to be signed (will be provided at the venue). Personal items are not permitted for signing.
• FOR VIP: Your grouping in group photos is determined by your entry/seat number; the group photos will be done by groups of 10. Please follow staff instructions on the event day for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• FOR GENERAL: Your grouping for hi-bye session is determined by your entry/seat number; the hi-bye will be done in groups to avoid crowding the stage area. Please follow staff instructions on the event day for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

7. Conduct & Policy

• Respectful behavior toward artists, staff, and fellow fans is required at all times.
• Any inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal without refund.
• All ticket sales are FINAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE.

• XLOV 무대 공연 후 팬 이벤트가 진행됩니다.
  행사 진행 순서 및 흐름: 메인 공연 > 하이바이 > 그룹포토 촬영 > 팬사인회
  주최 측에서는 팬사인회가 가장 최적의 시간을 확보할 수 있도록 프로그램 흐름을 조정하였습니다.
  

2. 티켓 안내

• 10월 2일 몰쇼를 위해 총 400매 티켓이 온라인으로만 판매됩니다.
  • SVIP 팬사인회 포함 – 100매
  • VIP 단체사진 포함 – 150매
  • GENERAL 하이터치 포함 – 150매
• ⚠️ 중요: 티켓 수량이 한정되어 있으므로, 1인당 티켓은 1매만 구매 가능합니다.
  동일인이 중복 구매할 경우, 하위 등급 티켓은 무통보 취소됩니다.
• 미성년자 관람 안내
  • 만 13세~17세의 미성년자는 참여 가능합니다. 단, 입장 전 보호자 서명이 기재된 동의서를 반드시 제출해야 합니다. (동의서는 행사장에서 배부 예정) 동의서가 제출되지 않을 경우, 안전을 위해 주최 측은 미성년자의 입장을 거부할 권리가 있습니다.

5. 입장 & 좌석 배정

• 모든 티켓 등급은 결제 확인이 완료된 순서대로 입장 및 좌석 번호가 배정됩니다. 참가자 명단과 배정된 입장/좌석 번호는 행사 전에 TimelessNotes LIVE 공지를 통해 별도로 업로드될 예정이다.

6. 팬사인회, 그룹포토 촬영 & 하이바이 진행 방식

• SVIP: 각 티켓당 XLOV 사인 페이퍼 1장에만 사인이 가능합니다. (행사장에서 제공됩니다) 개인 소지품 사인 불가합니다.
• VIP: 단체사진 그룹은 좌석 번호 순서대로 구성되며, 10명 단위로 촬영 진행. (현장 스태프 안내 필수 준수)
• GENERAL: 하이버이 그룹은 좌석 번호 순서대로 구성되며, 무대 앞 혼잡을 방지하기 위해 그룹 단위로 진행. (현장 스태프 안내 필수 준수)

원활한 진행을 위해 반드시 현장 스태프의 안내를 따라주시기 바랍니다.

7. 관람 수칙 & 정책

• 아티스트, 스태프, 팬을 향한 존중 있는 태도는 필수입니다.
• 부적절한 행동이 적발될 경우, 환불 없이 즉시 퇴장 조치됩니다.
• 모든 티켓 구매 후 최종 확정이며 양도 불가/환불 불가입니다.
