Your ENTRY / SEAT NUMBER serves as your queue number AND corresponding seat number at the event venue. We highly discourage you from exchanging or swapping seats with other attendees even if they are seated in the same tier/area as you. Please stay in your assigned seats.

입장 번호 / 좌석 번호는 행사장에서의 줄 번호 및 지정 좌석 번호와 동일합니다. 같은 구역·등급의 다른 관객과 좌석을 교환하거나 바꾸는 것은 삼가해 주시기 바랍니다. 반드시 본인에게 지정된 좌석에 착석해 주세요.

FOR VIP: The GROUP PHOTO BATCH indicated in the list is the batch you will be taking the group photo with – all VIP attendees are sorted into groups of 10 for a 4:10 group photo with XLOV taken by Artistgroup’s official photographer.

VIP: 명단에 표시된 단체사진 그룹은 팬 여러분이 단체사진을 촬영하는 조입니다. VIP 티켓 소지자 전원은 10명씩 그룹으로 나뉘어, 아티스트그룹 공식 사진작가가 촬영하는 엑스러브와 사진(4:10)에 참여하게 됩니다.

To look for your entry/seat number, simply hit CTRL+F (or look for the search/find option on your browser, if you’re on mobile) and search for your Order Number. This number can be found in your Order Processing email (“Your Order #xxxxxx is being processed”).

본인의 입장/좌석 번호를 확인하려면 CTRL+F 키(모바일의 경우 브라우저 내 검색 기능)를 사용하여 본인의 주문 번호를 입력해 검색해 주세요. 주문 번호는 결제 완료 후 받은 “Your Order #xxxxxx is being processed” 확인증 메일에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
