(2 minutes per slot)

★ RUBY (REGULAR) VIDEO CALLS calls are sold in units of 2 minutes per slot. Each person may purchase a maximum of 5 slots (10 minutes) per member in Part 1, and another maximum of 5 slots (10 minutes) per member in Part 2. Any unpaid slots will be released for open purchase.

★ We accept USD payments via PayPal only and KRW payments via Korean Bank Transfer only (for those who have Korean bank accounts). If you do not have a Korean bank account, please DO NOT select the Bank Deposit option when placing your order.

★ Video calls will be conducted via the Zoom App. Make sure to write your Zoom ID (e-mail format) correctly in the Additional Information / Notes section when you place your order.

★ An ENGLISH-KOREAN INTERPRETER will BE PROVIDED for this video call event. Please take note of this.

NOTE: If you are a deaf individual who wishes to communicate with the members through sign language during the call, please tell us in the Additional Information / Notes. However, we may only be able to provide an ASL interpreter. Thank you for understanding.

★ The order of the video calls during the event will be announced to all ticket holders only via e-mail on or after 2025.12.20 11:00 PM KST.

★ Please be ready and wait for your call at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. There may be changes and delays to the actual call schedule depending on the artists’ circumstances on the day of the event.

★ It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to make sure that you are available for the video call event. If you do not answer our call after being called twice, we will move on to the next ticket holder waiting for their call. We will call you one more time before the event ends. In case you will not be able to answer the final call, you will be eliminated from participating in the event. Please be sure to check the event’s date and time and if you can participate in the event before making a purchase.

★ When the allocated call time is up, an alarm will ring. Please make sure to end the call. If the participant does not end the call from their side by the end of the allocated time, the call may be terminated without prior warning.

★ All ticket sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Before purchasing, please make sure that you will be able to participate in the event. Please take note of this.

선착순으로 진행합니다 (1건당 2분)

★ 루비 RUBY 일반 1:1 영상통화는 1건당 2분 순위로 판매되며, 중복 구매 가능합니다. 1인당 1부에서 멤버별 최대 5건(10분), 2부에서도 멤버별 최대 5건(10분)까지 구매할 수 있습니다. 판매 마감일에는 남은 모든 수량이 전원에게 추가 구매 가능하도록 공개됩니다.

★ 준비하시고 예약된 시간 적어도 10분 전에 영상통화를 기다리십시오. 이벤트 당일 아티스트의 상황에 따라 실제 통화 일정이 지연될 수 있습니다.

★ 영상통화 이벤트에 영상 통화가 가능한지 확인하는 것은 티켓 구매자의 책임입니다. 통화를 두 번 이상 받지 않으신 경우, 통화를 기다리는 다음 티켓 구매자에게 연락하겠습니다. 이벤트 종료 전에 한번 더 연락 드리겠습니다. 아직도 최종 통화를 받지 못할 경우는 이벤트 참여에서 제외니다. 그러니 이벤트 일시와 참여 가능 여부를 확인하신 후 구매하시기 바랍니다.

★ 할당된 영상통화 시간이 종료되면 알람이 울립니다. 알람이 올리면 통화를 종료하십시오. 참가자가 할당된 시간이 끝날 때까지 통화를 종료하지 않으면 사전 경고 없이 통화가 종료될 수도 있습니다.
