[ EVENT PLATFORM ]
★ The video call event will be conducted via ZOOM.
★ Participants must join using the same Zoom email address submitted at purchase.
★ Please set your Zoom display name to the FIRST NAME used in your order.
★ Participants must accept Zoom contact requests from the organizer prior to the event. If you do not accept the contact requests, we may not be able to facilitate your video call properly.

★ 본 영상통화 이벤트는 ZOOM을 통해 진행됩니다.
★ 참가자는 구매 시 입력한 Zoom 이메일 주소와 동일한 계정으로 참여해 주시기 바랍니다.
★ Zoom 접속 시 주문 시 사용한 이름의 FIRST NAME으로 표시 이름을 설정해 주시기 바랍니다.
★ 참가자는 이벤트 전 주최 측에서 발송하는 Zoom 연락처 요청(Contact Request) 을 반드시 수락해 주셔야 합니다. 연락처 요청을 수락하지 않을 경우 영상통화 진행이 어려울 수 있습니다.
[ PARTICIPANT IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION ]
★ Participant identity verification is NOT REQUIRED.
[ 참가자 본인 확인 ]
★ 본 이벤트는 참가자 본인 확인이 필요 없습니다.
[ CALL ORDER ]
★ All 1:1 video calls will proceed in the order shown in the timetable below.
★ If member call times overlap, the order may be adjusted on the day of the event.
[ 영상통화 진행 순서 ]
★ 모든 1:1 영상통화는 아래 공지된 명단 순서대로 진행됩니다.
★ 멤버별 통화 시간이 겹칠 경우, 당일 현장 상황에 따라 순서가 조정될 수 있습니다.
[ EVENT OPERATION ]
★ Only English – Korean interpreter will be provided.
★ Participants must be on standby at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time.
★ The video call event may begin 10–30 minutes earlier or later depending on on-site conditions. The timetable shall serve as a call sequence guideline.
[ 이벤트 운영 안내 ]
★ 본 이벤트에는 영어–한국어 통역만 제공됩니다.
★ 참가자는 본인의 통화 시간 최소 10분 전부터 대기해 주시기 바랍니다.
★ 현장 상황에 따라 영상통화 이벤트는 예정 시간보다 10~30분 앞당겨지거나 지연될 수 있습니다. 명단은 통화 순서 안내용 참고 자료이며 정확한 분 단위 진행을 보장하지 않습니다.
[ MISSED CALL POLICY ]
★ After two unanswered call attempts, the turn will be skipped. One final attempt will be made before the event ends. If the final call is missed, the call will be forfeited.
[ 부재 시 통화 규정 ]
★ 통화 시 2회 이상 응답이 없을 경우, 다음 참가자로 순서가 넘어갑니다. 이벤트 종료 전 최종 1회 추가 통화 시도가 진행되며, 최종 통화에도 응답하지 않을 경우 해당 영상통화는 자동 소멸됩니다.
[ PARTICIPATION & RECORDING RULES ]
★ Screen recording, screenshots, and secondary device recording are prohibited.
★ Only the registered participant may join the call.
★ Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and properly functioning device, including audio and video settings in Zoom. The organizer cannot provide support for issues caused by participant-side technical problems.
★ Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate call termination without warning.
[ 참여 및 녹화 규정 ]
★ 화면 녹화, 스크린샷, 보조 기기를 이용한 녹음·녹화는 금지됩니다.
★ 영상통화에는 등록된 본인만 참여 가능합니다.
★ 참가자는 안정적인 인터넷 환경 및 정상 작동하는 기기 (Zoom 음성·영상 설정 포함)를 직접 준비해야 하며, 참가자 측 기술 문제로 발생한 사항에 대해서는 주최 측에서 지원이 불가합니다.
★ 부적절한 발언 또는 행동이 확인될 경우 사전 경고 없이 즉시 통화가 종료될 수 있습니다.
