OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE PRE-ORDER INFORMATION
If you have already placed your merchandise order through Starlike Music’s online mall and do not wish to purchase additional items, you may disregard this posting.
TimelessNotes LIVE is providing this preorder option for PH SUNLIGHT who prefer Philippine-based payment methods such as GCASH, Bank Deposit, GoTyme, BPI, and UnionBank. You DO NOT NEED a ticket to the mall show event in order to purchase the official merchandise.
Debit and Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX) are also accepted via PayPal.

★ PREORDER SALES PERIOD

★ NO ONSITE SELLING
All merchandise must be preordered online and paid before the sales deadline.
Merchandise will NOT be available for purchase at the venue.
★ PLATFORM / SERVICE FEE
A 5.5% platform/service fee will be automatically added to all orders upon checkout, regardless of payment method selected.
★ EVENT DAY PICKUP ONLY
All items are available through preorder with onsite pickup only.
Shipping, delivery, and post-event claiming requests will not be accommodated.

💳 PAYMENT METHODS

⚠️ Manual Bank Deposit orders are NOT automatically confirmed.
After payment, please submit the required Bank Deposit Payment Submission Form and allow 24–48 hours (depending on volume) for payment verification.
Orders without a submitted payment form cannot be verified or confirmed.
📝 MANUAL BANK DEPOSIT PROCESS
Step 1
Select Manual Bank Deposit during checkout.
Your order will automatically be placed under ON HOLD while awaiting payment confirmation.
Step 2
Check your registered e-mail address.
You will automatically receive an Order On Hold e-mail containing:
– Official payment details
– Bank Deposit Payment Submission Form link
Please also check your Spam/Junk folder.
Step 3
Complete payment within 24 hours.
Unpaid orders after 24 hours will be automatically canceled and the reserved inventory will be released.
Step 4
Submit the Bank Deposit Payment Submission Form.
Step 5
Once payment has been successfully validated, your order status will change to PROCESSING.
You will receive an Order Processing e-mail with a PDF invoice attached.
This serves as your final order confirmation.
📦 PICKUP GUIDELINES
What You Need to Present:
1. Valid Photo ID
One (1) valid government-issued physical photo ID with a name matching the registered order.
For Digital National ID holders:
Must be presented directly through the eGovPH app
Screenshots will NOT be accepted
2. Student ID (if applicable)
Student IDs are accepted when accompanied by:
– Study Load
– Certificate of Enrollment
– Registration Form
– Other proof of current student status
Both printed and digital copies for proof of current student status are accepted.
3. Order Confirmation
Present either:
Printed copy of the PDF invoice, or
Electronic copy of the PDF invoice attached to your Order Processing e-mail
👥 PROXY PICKUP
Proxy pickup is allowed.
However, any issues arising from proxy pickup arrangements are solely the responsibility of the parties involved.
The organizers and seller will not be held liable for disputes, losses, or errors resulting from proxy pickup.
🔄 EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
All sales are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
As all merchandise is produced through a made-to-order preorder system:
– Change-of-mind refunds are not allowed
– Cancellation requests are not allowed
– Missed pickup schedules are not eligible for refund
Defective merchandise may be exchanged onsite during operating hours on the same day, subject to stock availability.
⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Please make sure you can attend your selected pickup schedule before placing an order.
Orders not claimed during the designated pickup period will be automatically canceled on July 1, 2026.
Reorders, shipping requests, and late pickup requests will not be accommodated.
Merchandise issuance may be denied if:
– Submitted documents are incomplete
– Information does not match the registered order
– Documents appear suspicious, altered, or tampered with
