[ EVENT INFORMATION ]

The event will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Attendees are advised to arrive early, as late arrivals may miss certain parts of the program.

All dates and times are based on Philippine Standard Time (PHT).

International attendees are responsible for their own visas, flights, accommodation and transportation. The organizer will not be responsible for travel-related issues or delays.

[ EVENT VENUE ]

For the safety and privacy of the artist and attendees, the exact venue and address will be shared only with confirmed ticket holders. The venue information will be included in the downloadable PDF Event Guide provided after the order reaches Processing status. Please do not share the venue information publicly.

Please enter an accurate and accessible email address during checkout, as all important event communications will be sent to that address.

[ EVENT ADMISSION ]
PRICE PER PERSON: PHP 1,990 / KRW 47,500

Only one (1) event admission ticket may be purchased per attendee and per order number.

Each order must be placed under the actual attendee’s full legal name. The registered name must match the valid ID presented during event-day registration.

No additional admission slots will be opened once all 90 tickets have been sold.

[ SEATING AND QUEUE ORDER ]

Numbered wristbands will be assigned based on the confirmed event admission order number.

The wristband number will determine:

Seating arrangement
Hi-Touch queue order

An event admission ticket is required to purchase any add-on fan benefit.

From September 5 to September 18, 2026 11:59 PM PHT, each attendee may purchase up to:

Five (5) Phone Selfie slots
Five (5) Polaroid Photo slots

On the last day of sales, September 19, 2026, any remaining add-on slots will be available to confirmed ticket holders without a purchase limit.

All add-ons are first-come, first-served. No additional slots will be opened once sold out.

If add-on slots remain after online sales close, they may be offered at the venue. Onsite availability is not guaranteed. Only cash in Philippine pesos or confirmed real-time bank transfers will be accepted for onsite purchases.

There will be no onsite sales of event admission tickets.

[ SALES PERIOD ]

SALES CLOSE: September 19, 2026 (Saturday), 11:59 PM PHT

Sales may close earlier if all available tickets or add-on slots are sold.

A 5.5% ticketing and platform charge will be added to the total cart amount during checkout.

KRW prices are fixed and already include the 5.5% ticketing and platform charge. For PHP payments, please pay the total PHP amount indicated on the screen and/or e-mail upon check out.

[ PAYMENT METHODS ]

PAYPAL (DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED)
Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards may be processed through PayPal.

A PayPal account is not required. Select “Pay as Guest” when redirected to PayPal.
Please ensure that online or e-commerce transactions are enabled on your card.
Successfully completed PayPal payments are normally confirmed immediately.

MANUAL BANK DEPOSIT — PHP OR KRW
Manual Bank Deposit is available only to customers with a Philippine or Korean bank account.

Philippine payment channels include:

Philippine bank and e-wallet transfers must be paid in PHP. Korean bank transfers must be paid in KRW.

Customers without a Philippine or Korean bank account should select PayPal.

[ MANUAL BANK DEPOSIT PROCESS ]

Orders placed through Manual Bank Deposit will be placed under On Hold status while awaiting payment.

An Order On Hold email containing the payment instructions will be sent to the email address registered on the order. Please check your spam or junk folder as well.

Payment must be completed within 24 hours after placing the order.

For PHP payments, complete the Bank Deposit Payment Submission Form and upload the required proof of payment.

For KRW payments, follow the instructions provided in the Order On Hold email.

Payment verification may take approximately 24–48 hours, depending on the number of submissions received.

Orders without payment and the required proof of payment within 24 hours will be canceled. The reserved tickets or add-ons will then be returned to inventory.

Once payment is verified:

The order status will change from On Hold to Processing.
An Order Processing email with a PDF invoice will be sent.
The PDF invoice will serve as the final order confirmation.

An Order On Hold email does not mean that the order has been confirmed.

[ REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND TRANSFERS ]

All paid and confirmed purchases are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will be provided only if the event is postponed or canceled by the organizer or artist.

Refunds will not be issued for personal schedule conflicts, travel or visa concerns, transportation delays or failure to follow the event guidelines.

Ticket upgrades and exchanges will not be accommodated.

Tickets may be transferred only through the official TimelessNotes LIVE transfer process done ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 19, 2026 (SAT) 11:59 PM PHT. After this period, we will no longer honor any ticket transfer requests.

Include the following:

Original ticket holder’s full legal name
Original ticket holder’s email address
Order number/s to be transferred
New attendee’s full legal name
New attendee’s email address

A transfer is valid only after written approval from TimelessNotes LIVE.

Please transact carefully when purchasing through a third party. Receipts, screenshots and private agreements do not automatically transfer ownership of a ticket. TimelessNotes LIVE will not be responsible for fraudulent third-party transactions.

[ EVENT DAY REGISTRATION ]

Confirmed attendees must present:

One (1) valid government-issued photo ID matching the name registered on the order
A printed or electronic copy of the PDF invoice attached to the Order Processing email

International attendees may present a passport or another valid government-issued photo ID.

A Philippine Digital National ID must be opened directly through the eGovPH app. Screenshots will not be accepted.

Physical student IDs will be accepted when presented with a current study load, certificate of enrollment or similar proof of current enrollment. Supporting documents may be digital or printed.

Attendees whose registered name does not match their ID may be refused entry.

[ TRANSFERRED TICKET REQUIREMENTS ]

An approved new ticket holder may be required to present:

Their valid government-issued photo ID
Ticket Transfer Approval email from TimelessNotes LIVE
Signed authorization letter from the original ticket holder, including their contact number
Clear copy of the original ticket holder’s valid government-issued photo ID
Order Processing email or PDF invoice

Entry may be refused if the transfer was not approved or if any document is incomplete, suspicious, altered or inconsistent with the registered order.

[ MINOR ATTENDEES ]

Attendees aged 13 to 17 may participate if they are:

Accompanied by a ticket-holding adult; or
Able to submit a printed Consent and Waiver Form signed by their parent or legal guardian.

The organizer may deny entry to a minor who does not meet either requirement.

[ EVENT DAY GUIDELINES ]

Attendees are encouraged to be at the event venue at least 15 minutes before registration opens at 6:30 PM PHT. The program will begin promptly at 7:00 PM PHT.
Late attendees may miss certain program segments or benefits.
The event is expected to run for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
Attendees should remain seated during the program unless instructed otherwise.
Exit and re-entry are permitted with wristband verification. However, attendees are encouraged to remain inside to avoid missing any activities.
Please respect the personal space of the artist and other attendees.
Follow all staff instructions throughout the event.

The meal set will be preordered. Attendees with food allergies or dietary restrictions should email hello@timelessnotes.org as early as possible before September 19, 2029 11:59 PM. Alternative meals are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed if request is made onsite.

[ PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING ]

Non-flash photography and video recording are permitted during the entire event.

Tripods are allowed provided that they:

Remain within the attendee’s designated area
Do not block aisles or pathways
Do not obstruct another attendee’s view
Do not interfere with the event

Staff may ask an attendee to reposition or fold their tripod when necessary.

[ FAN INTERACTIONS AND ADD-ON SESSIONS ]

Due to the time constraints and Seunghun’s sincere wish to spend majority of the time having fun and interacting with fans, there will be no fansign segment. All A5 postcards will be signed by Kim Seunghun before the event.

Phone Selfie and Polaroid Photo benefits will take place during designated sessions under staff supervision.

Please note:

Video or screen recording must not be activated before your Phone Selfie session.
Please be present and ready when your number is called.
Staff may proceed to the next attendee if you are not present.
A missed benefit may be forfeited if it cannot be accommodated within the remaining program time.
Surrender your selfie and/or polaroid ticket to the TimelessNotes STAFF once your turn is completed.

[ GIFT POLICY ]

Attendees may bring fan letters or small, non-perishable gifts no larger than A4 size.

A gift collection box will be available at the registration booth. Gifts may not be handed directly to the artist.

Suitable gifts include keychains, bracelets, accessories and small hand-sized stuffed toys.

The following will not be accepted:

Homemade food or beverages
Alcoholic beverages
Perishable items
Flowers
Oversized stuffed toys
Large or bulky gifts
Unsafe or inappropriate items

The organizer may inspect and refuse any gift that does not follow these guidelines.

[ IMPORTANT REMINDERS ]

Inappropriate language, unauthorized physical contact, excessive requests or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event or cancellation of the attendee’s remaining benefits. No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.

The organizer will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information entered during checkout.

The program may be adjusted due to onsite conditions, safety requirements or changes to the artist’s schedule. Material updates will be announced through the official TimelessNotes LIVE channels whenever possible.

Do not share your order number, Order Processing email, PDF invoice or venue information publicly.

Please read and understand all event guidelines before purchasing. Any disadvantage caused by failure to review or follow these guidelines will be the responsibility of the attendee.

이벤트는 오후 7시에 정시에 시작됩니다. 늦게 도착하실 경우 일부 프로그램에 참여하지 못할 수 있으므로 여유 있게 도착해 주시기 바랍니다.

모든 날짜와 시간은 필리핀 표준시(PHT)를 기준으로 합니다.

해외 참석자는 비자, 항공권, 숙박 및 교통편을 직접 준비해야 합니다. 주최사는 여행과 관련된 문제 또는 지연에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

[ 환불, 교환 및 양도 ]

결제 및 확인이 완료된 모든 구매는 최종 확정되며 환불이 불가능합니다. 주최사 또는 아티스트 측의 사정으로 이벤트가 연기되거나 취소되는 경우에만 환불됩니다.

개인 일정, 여행 또는 비자 문제, 교통 지연이나 이벤트 안내사항 미준수로 인한 환불은 제공되지 않습니다.

티켓 업그레이드 및 교환은 불가능합니다.

제3자를 통해 티켓을 구매하는 경우 각별히 주의해 주세요. 영수증, 스크린샷 또는 구매자와 판매자 간의 사적인 합의만으로는 티켓 소유권이 자동으로 양도되지 않습니다. TimelessNotes LIVE는 제3자를 통한 사기 거래에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

[ 이벤트 당일 등록 ]

구매가 확정된 참석자는 다음 자료를 제시해야 합니다.

주문 시 등록한 이름과 일치하는 유효한 정부 발급 사진 신분증 1개
Order Processing 이메일에 첨부된 PDF 인보이스의 인쇄본 또는 전자 사본

해외 참석자는 여권 또는 기타 유효한 정부 발급 사진 신분증을 제시할 수 있습니다.

필리핀 디지털 국가 신분증을 제시하는 경우 eGovPH 앱을 직접 실행하여 신분증을 보여 주어야 합니다. 스크린샷은 인정되지 않습니다.

실물 학생증은 현재 수강신청 내역서, 재학증명서 또는 현재 재학 중임을 증명할 수 있는 유사 서류와 함께 제시하는 경우 인정됩니다. 증빙 서류는 전자 또는 인쇄본으로 제출할 수 있습니다.

등록된 이름과 신분증의 이름이 일치하지 않는 경우 입장이 거부될 수 있습니다.

[ 양도받은 티켓 확인 서류 ]

승인된 티켓 양수인은 다음 자료를 제시해야 할 수 있습니다.

티켓 양도가 승인되지 않았거나 제출한 서류가 불완전하거나 의심스럽거나 변조되었거나 등록된 주문 정보와 일치하지 않는 경우 입장이 거부될 수 있습니다.

[ 미성년자 참석 안내 ]

만 13세부터 17세까지의 참석자는 다음 조건 중 하나를 충족하는 경우에만 이벤트에 참여할 수 있습니다.

입장권을 소지한 성인과 동반하거나
부모 또는 법정대리인이 서명한 인쇄된 동의 및 면책 동의서를 제출해야 합니다.

[ 이벤트 당일 안내사항 ]

참석자는 오후 6시 30분 등록 시작 시간보다 최소 15분 일찍 이벤트 장소에 도착해 주시기 바랍니다. 프로그램은 오후 7시 PHT에 정시에 시작됩니다.
늦게 도착할 경우 일부 프로그램 또는 혜택에 참여하지 못할 수 있습니다.
이벤트는 약 2시간에서 2시간 30분 동안 진행될 예정입니다.
별도의 안내가 없는 한 프로그램 진행 중에는 착석해 주세요.
손목밴드 확인 후 퇴장 및 재입장이 가능합니다. 단, 프로그램을 놓치지 않도록 가급적 이벤트 장소 안에 머물러 주시기 바랍니다.
아티스트와 다른 참석자의 개인 공간을 존중해 주세요.
이벤트 진행 중에는 모든 스태프의 안내에 따라 주세요.

식사 세트는 사전에 주문됩니다. 음식 알레르기 또는 식이 제한이 있는 참석자는 2029년 9월 19일 오후 11시 59분 이전까지 가능한 한 빨리 hello@timelessnotes.org로 이메일을 보내 주세요. 대체 식사는 제공 가능 여부에 따라 달라질 수 있으며, 현장에서 요청하는 경우 제공이 보장되지 않습니다.

[ 사진 및 영상 촬영 ]

플래시를 사용하지 않는 사진 촬영과 영상 촬영은 이벤트 전체 진행 시간 동안 허용됩니다.

삼각대는 다음 조건을 충족하는 경우 사용할 수 있습니다.

참석자에게 지정된 공간 안에 설치해야 합니다.
통로나 이동 경로를 막아서는 안 됩니다.
다른 참석자의 시야를 가려서는 안 됩니다.
이벤트 진행을 방해해서는 안 됩니다.

필요한 경우 스태프가 삼각대의 위치를 옮기거나 접어 달라고 요청할 수 있습니다.

[ 팬 교류 및 유료 추가 혜택 진행 안내 ]

제한된 진행 시간과 팬분들과 즐겁게 소통하는 데 더 많은 시간을 보내고 싶다는 승훈님의 진심 어린 뜻에 따라 별도의 사인회 세션은 진행되지 않습니다. 모든 A5 엽서는 이벤트 전에 김승훈이 직접 사인할 예정입니다.

휴대폰 셀카 및 폴라로이드 촬영 혜택은 지정된 시간에 스태프의 안내에 따라 진행됩니다.

다음 사항을 확인해 주세요.

본인의 휴대폰 셀카 촬영 순서가 시작되기 전에 영상 촬영 또는 화면 녹화 기능을 실행해서는 안됩니다.
본인의 번호가 호명될 때 바로 참여할 수 있도록 준비해 주세요.
호명 시 참석자가 자리에 없는 경우 다음 참석자 순서로 진행될 수 있습니다.

[ 선물 전달 안내 ]

참석자는 팬레터 또는 A4 크기 이하의 작은 비부패성 선물을 준비할 수 있습니다.

등록 부스에 선물 수거함이 마련됩니다. 선물은 아티스트에게 직접 전달할 수 없습니다.

적합한 선물에는 키링, 팔찌, 액세서리 및 손바닥 크기의 작은 인형 등이 포함됩니다.

다음 품목은 전달할 수 없습니다.

직접 만든 음식 또는 음료
주류
부패하기 쉬운 품목
꽃
대형 인형
크거나 부피가 큰 선물
안전하지 않거나 부적절한 품목

주최사는 안내사항을 따르지 않은 선물을 확인한 후 수령을 거부할 수 있습니다.

[ 중요 안내사항 ]

부적절한 언행, 허용되지 않은 신체 접촉, 무리한 요구 또는 이벤트 진행을 방해하는 행동이 확인될 경우 퇴장 조치되거나 남은 혜택 참여가 취소될 수 있습니다. 이러한 경우 환불 또는 별도의 보상은 제공되지 않습니다.

주최사는 결제 시 입력한 정보가 부정확하거나 불완전하여 발생하는 문제에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

현장 상황, 안전상의 필요 또는 아티스트 일정 변경에 따라 프로그램 내용이 조정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경사항은 가능한 경우 TimelessNotes LIVE 공식 채널을 통해 안내됩니다.

주문번호, Order Processing 이메일, PDF 인보이스 또는 이벤트 장소 정보를 온라인에 공개하거나 공유하지 마세요.

구매 전에 모든 이벤트 안내사항을 반드시 읽고 내용을 확인해 주세요. 안내사항을 확인하지 않거나 준수하지 않아 발생하는 불이익은 참석자 본인에게 있습니다.
