[ VIDEO CALL EVENT PROGRESS INFORMATION ]
★ This event will proceed according to the order indicated on the participant list provided in advance. Each PEARL (VIP) ticket includes a 5-minute call, while each RUBY (GENERAL) ticket includes a 2-minute call. If PEARL (VIP) and RUBY (GENERAL) tickets for the same member are purchased, the total call time will be combined.
★ No English–Korean interpretation will be provided for this video call event.
★ Please be ready and online at least 10 minutes before your scheduled call time. Actual call times may start earlier or be delayed depending on the artist’s circumstances on the event day.
★ Prior to the event, video call instructions will be provided according to the participant list order. If you fail to answer two or more call attempts during your turn, one final attempt will be made at the end of the corresponding video call session. If the call still cannot be connected after the final attempt, participation in the video call event will not be possible. Please purchase only if you are available during the event time.
★ If your scheduled call times with multiple members overlap, the order may be adjusted on the day of the event.
★ Excessive requests, personal questions, profanity, criticism, or inappropriate behavior are not allowed and may result in immediate call termination by the STAFF.
★ All participants will receive the call duration specified by their purchased ticket(s) under the same timing standards. If the content of the call is deemed inappropriate, participation may be restricted. Please cooperate to ensure the smooth operation of the event.
★ Video calls will proceed according to the participant list order. Once the allocated call time ends, the next participant’s video call will proceed.
★ Please end the call promptly once your video call is completed. If the participant does not end the call, the connection may be forcibly terminated without prior warning.
★ Please check your internet connection, video, and audio settings before the event to avoid any issues during your call.
★ If the call is connected to someone other than the registered participant, or if two or more people participate in the call, the call will be immediately terminated by STAFF.
★ Audio recording, photography, or video recording using a second electronic device is strictly prohibited.
[ IMPORTANT NOTES ]
★ Products purchased during the sales period are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled after payment is completed.
★ Proxy payments are allowed; however, the organizer assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from proxy payments.
★ Changes to participant information are not allowed after the sales period ends. IIf you need to change your information during the sales period, please email hello@timelessnotes.org with ‘ORDER NUMBER – INFORMATION TO BE CHANGED’ on the subject line.

본 영상통화 이벤트에 참여하시는 모든 참가자는 본인 확인 절차가 필수입니다. 주문 상태가 PROCESSING (처리 중)으로 변경된 이후, 아래 링크를 통해 본인 확인 양식 제출 및 신분 확인용 셀카 업로드를 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.
본 이벤트와 관련하여 여러 건의 주문을 하신 경우에도 본인 확인은 1회만 완료하시면 됩니다.

[ 영상통화 이벤트 진행 안내 ]
★ 본 이벤트는 사전 안내된 명단 순서대로 진행되며, PEARL (VIP)은 1건당 5분, RUBY (GENERAL)은 1건당 2분씩 진행됩니다. 동일 멤버의 PEARL (VIP)과 RUBY (GENERAL)을 함께 구매하신 경우 통화 시간은 합산하여 진행됩니다.
★ 본 영상통화 이벤트에는 영어-한국어 통역이 제공되지 않습니다.
★ 준비를 마치고 예약 시간 최소 10분 전부터 영상통화 대기 상태로 계시기 바랍니다. 이벤트 당일 아티스트의 상황에 따라 실제 통화 일정이 앞당겨지거나 지연될 수 있습니다.
★ 이벤트 시작 전, 명단 순서에 따라 영상통화 관련 사전 안내를 드릴 예정입니다. 영상통화 진행 시 본인 차례에 2회 이상 전화를 받지 않으실 경우, 해당 영상통화 회차 마지막에 1회 추가로 연락드릴 예정입니다. 마지막 연락에도 통화가 연결되지 않을 경우 이벤트 참여가 불가하오니, 반드시 이벤트 시간을 확인하시고 통화가 가능한 분들에 한해 구매해 주시기 바랍니다.
★ 예약 시간에 멤버가 중복될 경우, 이벤트 당일 순서를 조정하여 진행할 수 있습니다.
★ 아티스트에게 무리한 부탁 및 사적인 질문은 불가하며, 욕설, 비난, 부적절한 행동 시 STAFF에 의해 강제 종료될 수 있습니다.
★ 모든 참가자의 영상통화는 구매하신 티켓에 명시된 시간에 맞춰 동일한 기준으로 진행됩니다. 통화 내용이 부적절하다고 판단될 경우 참여가 제한될 수 있으니 원활한 이벤트 진행에 협조 부탁드립니다.
★ 영상통화는 명단 순서대로 진행되며, 정해진 통화 시간이 종료되면 다음 참가자의 영상통화가 진행됩니다.
★ 영상통화가 마무리되면 전화를 종료해 주시기 바랍니다. (구매자 본인이 통화를 종료하지 않는 경우 연결이 사전 경고 없이 강제 종료됩니다.)
★ 이벤트 시작 전 본인의 네트워크 환경 및 비디오, 오디오 설정을 체크하여 이벤트 진행에 문제가 없도록 부탁드립니다.
