TimelessNotes LIVE is a global fan engagement and event production team based in Bacolod City, Philippines.

Founded in 2019, we are a team of event professionals, creatives, language specialists, and fellow fans brought together by our love for music and Asian entertainment. We know that even the shortest moment with an artist can become a memory a fan carries for years. This is why everything we do is guided by one purpose: to create timeless moments and priceless memories for fans and artists around the world.

From global 1:1 video calls and online fan meetings to digital promotions and offline events in the Philippines, we create meaningful ways for artists and fans to connect wherever they may be. We want every fan to have the opportunity to feel loved, seen, and heard by the artists they admire.

With nearly 12 years of combined experience in event management and Korean-English interpretation, our core team has built a strong foundation in Korean entertainment. As we continue to grow across the wider Asian entertainment industry, we hope to become a bridge connecting Asian artists with fans in the Philippines and around the world.

2019년에 설립된 TimelessNotes LIVE는 음악과 아시아 엔터테인먼트를 사랑하는 이벤트 전문가, 크리에이터, 언어 전문가, 그리고 팬들이 함께 만들어가고 있습니다. 아티스트와 함께한 짧은 순간도 팬에게는 오랫동안 간직할 소중한 추억이 될 수 있다는 것을 알기에, 전 세계의 팬과 아티스트를 위해 시간이 지나도 기억될 순간과 무엇과도 바꿀 수 없는 추억을 만드는 것을 가장 소중한 가치로 삼고 있습니다.

글로벌 1:1 영상통화와 온라인 팬미팅부터 디지털 프로모션, 필리핀 현지 오프라인 이벤트까지, 아티스트와 팬의 마음이 어디서든 이어질 수 있는 의미 있는 만남을 만들어갑니다. 모든 팬이 자신이 사랑하는 아티스트에게 사랑받고, 기억되며, 자신의 마음이 전해졌다고 느낄 수 있기를 바랍니다.

핵심 팀이 보유한 이벤트 기획·운영 및 한영 통역 분야의 약 12년간의 경험을 바탕으로, 한국을 넘어 더 넓은 아시아 엔터테인먼트 시장으로 활동 영역을 확장하며 아시아의 아티스트와 필리핀을 비롯한 전 세계 팬들을 이어주는 다리가 되고자 합니다.
