[ VIDEO CALL EVENT PROGRESS INFORMATION ]
★ This event will proceed in the order of the numbers assigned during purchase, starting from the event start time. Eeach RUBY (GENERAL) slot will be 1.5 minutes.
★ English–Korean interpreter will be provided for this video call event.
★ Please be ready and waiting at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Actual call times may start earlier or be delayed depending on the artist’s situation on the event day.
★ Prior to the event, advance instructions will be provided according to the participant list order. If a buyer fails to answer two or more call attempts during their turn, one final attempt will be made at the end of the session. If the call is still not connected after the final attempt, participation in the video call event will not be possible. Please apply only if you are available during the event time.
★ If member schedules overlap, the order may be adjusted on the day of the event.
★ Excessive requests, personal questions, profanity, criticism, or inappropriate behavior are not allowed and may result in immediate call termination by the STAFF.
★ All buyers will participate in the video call for their allocated duration. If the content of the call is deemed inappropriate, participation may be restricted. Please cooperate to ensure smooth event progress & operation.
★ Video calls will proceed according to the participant list order, and once the allocated time ends, the call will automatically end.
★ Please end the call promptly once your video call time is up. If the participant does not end the call, the connection may be forcefully terminated without prior warning.
★ Please check your internet network connection, video, and audio settings in advance to avoid any issues during the event.
★ If the call is connected to someone other than the declared participant, or if two or more participants join, the call will be immediately terminated by staff.
★ Audio recording, photo taking, and video recording of your screen using a second device are prohibited.
[ IMPORTANT NOTES ]
★ Products purchased during the sales period are NON-REFUNDABLE.
★ Proxy payments are allowed; however, the organizer assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from proxy payments.
★ Changes to participant information are not allowed after the sales period ends. If information changes are needed during the sales period, please contact marketing@timelessnotes.org with ‘ORDER NUMBER – INFORMATION TO BE CHANGED’ on the subject line.
★ The organizer is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by incorrect contact information or email details.
★ All personal information collected during ticket purchase will be deleted within 30 days after the event ends.

[ 영상통화 이벤트 진행 안내 ]
★ 본 이벤트는 이벤트 시작 시간부터, 사전 구매자 안내 시 부여된 번호 순서대로 RUBY (GENERAL) 1건씩 1.5분동안 진행될 예정입니다.
★ 본 영상통화 이벤트에 영어-한국어 통역사를 제공합니다.
★ 준비를 마치고 예약 시간 최소 10분 전부터 영상통화 대기 상태로 계시기 바랍니다. 이벤트 당일 아티스트의 상황에 따라 실제 통화 일정이 앞당겨지거나 지연될 수 있습니다.
★ 명단 순서대로 이벤트 시작 전, 이벤트 사전 안내를 드릴 예정입니다. 영상통화 진행 시 구매자 본인 차례에 2번 이상 전화를 받지 않는 경우 영상통화 회차 마지막에 1번 더 전화를 드릴 예정입니다. 마지막까지 통화 연결이 안될 경우, 영상통화 이벤트 진행이 불가하오니 이벤트 시간을 확인하신 후 통화가 가능하신 분들에 한해 구매해 주시기 바랍니다.
★ 예약 시간에 멤버가 중복될 경우, 이벤트 당일 순서를 조정하여 진행할 수 있습니다.
★ 아티스트에게 무리한 부탁 및 사적인 질문은 불가하며, 욕설, 비난, 부적절한 행동 시 STAFF에 의해 강제 종료될 수 있습니다.
★ 본 이벤트는 구매자 모두 동일한 시간으로 영상통화 진행되며, 통화 내용이 부적절하다고 판단될 경우, 참여가 제한될 수 있으니 이벤트 진행에 문제가 없도록 협조 부탁드립니다.
★ 영상통화는 명단 순서대로 진행되며, 개별 진행 시간이 경과하면 자동으로 종료됩니다.
★ 영상통화가 마무리되면 전화를 종료해 주시기 바랍니다. (구매자 본인이 통화를 종료하지 않는 경우 연결이 사전 경고 없이 강제 종료됩니다.)
★ 이벤트 시작 전 본인의 네트워크 환경 및 비디오, 오디오 설정을 체크하여 이벤트 진행에 문제가 없도록 부탁드립니다.
★ 본 이벤트 진행 시 구매자 본인이 아닌 다른 사람과 연결되거나 2인 이상 참여하실 경우 STAFF에 의해 강제 종료됩니다.
★ 제2의 전자기기를 이용한 음성 녹음, 사진 및 동영상 촬영은 불가합니다.
[영상통화 이벤트 유의사항]
★ 이벤트 판매 기간 내 구매한 상품은 이벤트 종료 및 구매자 공지 이후에는 고객 임의로 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.
★ 대리인 결제는 가능하나 이로 인해 발생하는 모든 문제에 대해 주최자는 일절 책임지지 않습니다.
★ 판매기간 마감 후 참가자 정보 변경을 불가합니다. 판매기간 내 정보 변경이 필요하시면 marketing@timelessnotes.org 으로 ‘주문번호 – 변경할 정보’ 작성하여 문의 부탁드립나다.
★ 연락되지 않은 연락처와 이메일 등 잘못 기재한 정보로 발생한 불이익에 대하여는 책임지지 않습니다.
★ 이벤트 티켓 구매 시 작성한 모든 개인정보는 이벤트 종료 이후 30일 이내에 일괄 폐기됩니다.
