  ** For the benefit of overseas fans, there will be a MC and a Korean-English interpreter during the Zoom Party.
  
• 1:1 VIDEO CALL EVENT via Zoom starts at 03:00 PM KST

★ SALES PERIOD: until 2023.09.16 06:00 PM KST
★ CALL TIMETABLE will be sent via e-mail on or before 2023.09.16 11:00 PM KST
★ SPECIAL PACKAGE calls will be conducted first before RUBY (REGULAR) calls.

★ SPECIAL PACKAGES: VERY LIMITED slots available.
★ RUBY (REGULAR) CALLS: 30 slots per member on a first-come, first-served basis. (2 minutes per slot)
★ RUBY calls are sold in units of 2 minutes per slot, and purchase of up to 10 minutes (5 slots) is allowed.

★ All 1:1 video call ticket buyers will be eligible to join the LIVE SHOW on the Zoom App itself. Zoom Meeting Link & Password will be sent along with the Call Timetable.

★ The Live Show will be STREAMED LIVE for all fans to watch on the TimelessNotes LIVE YouTube Channel.

★ Video calls will be conducted via the Zoom App. Make sure to write your Zoom ID (e-mail format) correctly in the Additional Information / Notes section when you place your order.

★ An INTERPRETER will NOT BE PROVIDED for 1:1 video calls. Please take note of this.

★ The order of the video calls during the event will be announced to all ticket holders only via e-mail on or before 2023.09.16 11:00 PM KST.

★ Please be ready and wait for your call at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. There may be changes and delays to the actual call schedule depending on the program flow and the artists’ circumstances on the day of the event.

★ It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to make sure that you are available for the video calls during the fan meeting. If you do not answer our call more than twice, we will move on to the next ticket holder waiting for their call, and you will be eliminated from participating in the event. Please be sure to check the event’s date and time and if you can answer the call before making a purchase.

★ When the allocated call time is up, an alarm will ring. Please make sure to end the call. If the participant does not end the call from their side by the end of the allocated time, the call may be terminated without prior warning.

★ Requests for ticket cancellation and refund are accepted up to 48 hours before the event. After such, ticket sales are deemed final and non-refundable.
