** All digital goods for PEARL VIP will be delivered via e-mail on or before 2025.12.29 (MON).

★ RUBY (REGULAR 1:1 VIDEO CALLS): 50 slots on a first-come, first-served basis. (2 minutes per slot) Additional slots may be opened depending on demand.
★ RUBY (REGULAR) VIDEO CALLS calls are sold in units of 2 minutes per slot. Duplicate purchases allowed, no purchase restrictions.

★ We accept USD payments via PayPal only and KRW payments via Korean Bank Transfer only (for those who have Korean bank accounts). If you do not have a Korean bank account, please DO NOT select the Bank Deposit option when placing your order.

★ Video calls will be conducted via the Zoom App. Make sure to write your Zoom ID (e-mail format) correctly in the Additional Information / Notes section when you place your order.

★ As the artist speaks English well, no ENGLISH-KOREAN INTERPRETER will BE PROVIDED for this event. Please take note of this.

★ The order of the video calls during the event will be announced to all ticket holders only via e-mail on or after 2025.12.19 11:00 PM KST.

★ Please be ready and wait for your call at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. There may be changes and delays to the actual call schedule depending on the artists’ circumstances on the day of the event.

★ It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to make sure that you are available for the video call event. If you do not answer our call after being called twice, we will move on to the next ticket holder waiting for their call. We will call you one more time before the event ends. In case you will not be able to answer the final call, you will be eliminated from participating in the event. Please be sure to check the event’s date and time and if you can participate in the event before making a purchase.

★ When the allocated call time is up, an alarm will ring. Please make sure to end the call. If the participant does not end the call from their side by the end of the allocated time, the call may be terminated without prior warning.

★ All ticket sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Before purchasing, please make sure that you will be able to participate in the event. Please take note of this.
