• 1:1 VIDEO CALL EVENT via Zoom starts at 04:00PM KST

★ SALES PERIOD: until 2023.06.03 06:00 PM KST
★ SPECIAL PACKAGE calls will be conducted first before RUBY (REGULAR) calls.

★ RUBY (REGULAR) CALLS: 40 slots per member on a first-come, first-served basis. (2 minutes per slot)
★ RUBY calls are sold in units of 2 minutes per slot, and purchase of up to 10 minutes (5 slots) is allowed.

★ Video calls will be conducted via the Zoom App. Make sure to write your Zoom ID (e-mail format) correctly in the Additional Information / Notes section when you place your order.

★ An INTERPRETER will NOT BE PROVIDED for 1:1 video calls. Please take note of this.

★ The order of the video calls during the event will be announced to all ticket holders only via e-mail on or before 2023.06.03 11:00 PM KST.

★ Please be ready and wait for your call at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. There may be changes and delays to the actual call schedule depending on the program flow and the artists’ circumstances on the day of the event.

★ It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to make sure that you are available for the video calls during the fan meeting. If you do not answer our call more than twice, we will move on to the next ticket holder waiting for their call, and you will be eliminated from participating in the event. Please be sure to check the event’s date and time and if you can answer the call before making a purchase.

★ When the allocated call time is up, an alarm will ring. Please make sure to end the call. If the participant does not end the call from their side by the end of the allocated time, the call may be terminated without prior warning.

★ Requests for ticket cancellation and refund are accepted up to 48 hours before the event. After such, ticket sales are deemed final and non-refundable.

★ 루비(일반) 영상통화는 1건당 2분 순위로 판매되며, 최대 10분 (5건)까지 구매 가능합니다.

★ 영상통화는 줌 앱을 통해 진행합니다. 주문 시 Additional Information (추가정보)에 ZOOM ID (이메일)를 올바르게 기록해 주십시오 .

★ 통역사를 1:1 영상통화에 제공하지 않습니다.이 점을 주의해주시기 바랍니다.

★ 준비하시고 예약된 시간 적어도 10분 전에 전화를 기다리십시오. 이벤트 당일 프로그램 흐름과 아티스트의 상황에 따라 실제 통화 일정이 지연될 수 있습니다.

★ 팬미팅 중에 영상 통화가 가능한지 확인하는 것은 티켓 구매자의 책임입니다. 전화를 두 번 이상 받지 않으신 경우, 전화를 기다리는 다음 티켓 구매자에게 연락하여 이벤트 참여에서 제외됩니다. 구매하기 전에 이벤트 날짜와 시간을 확인하고 전화를 받을 수 있는지도 확인하십시오.

★ 할당된 통화 시간이 종료되면 알람이 울립니다. 알람이 올리면 통화를 종료하십시오. 참가자가 할당된 시간이 끝날 때까지 통화를 종료하지 않으면 사전 경고 없이 통화가 종료될 수 있습니다.

★ LLAMADAS RUBY (REGULARES): 40 boletos por integrante, por orden en el cual se realizaron las compras. (2 minutos por boleto)
★ Las llamadas RUBY se venden en unidades de 2 minutos por boleto, y se permite la compra de hasta 10 minutos (5 boletos) por persona.

★ Las videollamadas se realizarán a través de la aplicación de Zoom. Asegúrese de escribir correctamente su ID de Zoom (correo electrónico) en la sección de Información adicional/Notas de cuando realice su orden.

★ ルビー(一般)ビデオ通話はメンバーごとに40枚:先着順で行われます(チケット1枚につき2分)。
★ ルビー(一般)ビデオ通話はチケット1枚につき2分、最大10分(5枚)まで購入が可能です。

★ ビデオ通話はZOOMアプリを使って行われます。チケット購入の時に’Additional Information'(備考)にZOOM ID (メールアドレス)を必ず入力してください。

★ 通訳人を1:1ビデオ通話イベントに提供しません。 このことにご注意ください。

★ ビデオ通話の予定時間名簿は6月3日 午後11時頃までに全てのチケット購入者へメールで送らせていただきます。

★ ビデオ通話の予定時間の最低でも10分前には準備して着信をお待ちください。イベント当日の進行状況やアーティストの状況により遅れが生じる場合がございます。ご了承ください。

★ ZOOMアプリによるビデオ通話が可能であるかどうか、先に確認をお願い致します。着信を2回以上受け取られない場合、順番は次の方に回り、ビデオ通話の参加資格がなくなります。チケット購入の前に日付と時間を必ずチェックし、ビデオ通話を受け取ることができるか確認してください。

★ 通話時間が終わるとアラームが鳴ります。それでも会話が終わらない場合ばこちらから通話を切らせていただきますので、ご了承ください。
