Former B.A.P. main vocalist Daehyun released his second mini album, PUZZL(OV)E on June 30, 2026. The lead single, “Why Am I Still Here?” was released on June 15.
PUZZL(OV)E is an album that captures the many different pieces of the emotion we call love: the longing for someone, feelings that cannot be let go, and the love that connects people together, all of which flow into one another to form a single story.
The album’s title track, “Spring After Spring,” takes its inspiration from the butterfly orchid plant, whose flower language signifies “happiness arriving on the wind.” Through the memory of a first love that has already departed, the song tells the story of coming to understand the true meaning of love only after it is gone. With delicate emotion, the song portrays memories and feelings that return like the changing seasons, leaving a deep and lingering emotional resonance.
PUZZL(OV)E is an album about piecing together the imperfect yet beautiful forms of love, one fragment at a time.
One of the most recognizable voices of K-pop’s second and third generations, Jung Daehyun has continued to make his mark musically since debuting as a soloist in 2019. With previous solo efforts such as Chapter2 “27” and Aight, in addition to his myriad musical theater performances in productions of Napoleon, All Shook Up, and Grease, among others, Daehyun is showing no signs of slowing down.
