PARTICIPANT IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION for this event is REQUIRED for ALL VIDEO CALL EVENT participants. After your order status has changed to PROCESSING, submit your verification form and identity verification selfie via the link below. If you made multiple orders for this event, you only need to submit this once.

[ VIDEO CALL EVENT PROGRESS INFORMATION ]
★ This event will proceed in the order of the numbers assigned during purchase, starting from the event start time. Each PEARL (VIP) slot will be 4 minutes, and each RUBY (GENERAL) slot will be 1.5 minutes (90sec).
★ No English–Korean interpreter will be provided for the video call event.
★ Please be ready and waiting at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Actual call times may start earlier or be delayed depending on the artist’s situation on the event day.
★ Prior to the event, participation instructions and reminders will be posted along with the call timetable notice. If a participant fails to answer both initial call attempts during their turn, one final attempt will be made at the end of the applicable session. If the call is still not connected after the final attempt, participation in the video call event will not be possible. Please purchase only if you are available during the event time.
★ If participant schedules overlap, the order may be adjusted on the day of the event.
★ Excessive requests, personal questions, profanity, criticism, or inappropriate behavior are not allowed and may result in immediate call termination by the STAFF.
★ Each participant will receive the call duration corresponding to the ticket type and number of slots purchased. If the content of the call is deemed inappropriate, participation may be restricted. Please cooperate to ensure smooth event progress & operation.
★ Video calls will proceed according to the participant list order, and once the allocated time ends, the call will automatically move to the next participant or end.
★ Please end the call promptly once your video call time is up. If the participant does not end the call, the connection may be forcefully terminated without prior warning.
★ Please check your internet network connection, video, and audio settings in advance to avoid any issues during the event.
★ If the call is connected to someone other than the declared participant, or if two or more participants join, the call will be immediately terminated by staff.
★ Audio recording, photo taking, and video recording of your screen using a second device are strictly prohibited.
[ IMPORTANT NOTES ]
★ Products purchased during the sales period are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled after payment is completed.
★ Proxy payments are allowed; however, the organizer assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from proxy payments.
★ Changes to participant information are not allowed after the sales period ends. If information changes are needed during the sales period, please contact hello@timelessnotes.org with ‘ORDER NUMBER – INFORMATION TO BE CHANGED’ on the subject line.
★ The organizer is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by incorrect contact information or email details.
★ All personal information collected during ticket purchase will be deleted within 30 days after the event ends.

본 영상통화 이벤트에 참여하시는 모든 참가자는 본인 인증 절차가 필수입니다. 주문 상태가 PROCESSING (처리중)으로 변경된 이후, 아래 링크를 통해 본인 확인 양식 제출 및 신분 확인용 셀카 업로드를 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.
본 이벤트와 관련하여 여러 건의 주문을 하신 경우에도 본인 인증은 1회만 제출하시면 됩니다.

[ 영상통화 이벤트 진행 안내 ]
★ 본 이벤트는 이벤트 시작 시간부터 참가자 명단에 배정된 번호 순서대로 진행됩니다. PEARL (VIP) 티켓은 1건당 4분, RUBY (GENERAL) 티켓은 1건당 1.5분(90초)씩 진행됩니다.
★ 본 영상통화 이벤트에는 영·한 통역이 제공되지 않습니다.
★ 본인의 영상통화 예정 시간 최소 10분 전까지 모든 준비를 마치고 대기해 주시기 바랍니다. 이벤트 당일 아티스트의 상황에 따라 실제 통화 시간이 앞당겨지거나 지연될 수 있습니다.
★ 이벤트 전, 개인별 영상통화 시간표 공지와 함께 참가 방법 및 유의사항을 안내드릴 예정입니다. 참가자가 본인 차례에 최초 두 차례의 연결 시도에 모두 응답하지 않을 경우, 해당 부의 모든 영상통화가 종료된 후 마지막으로 한 차례 더 연결을 시도합니다. 최종 연결 시도에도 응답하지 않을 경우 영상통화 이벤트 참여가 불가합니다. 이벤트 시간을 확인하신 후 통화가 가능하신 분들에 한해 구매해 주시기 바랍니다.
★ 참가자의 예약 시간이 중복될 경우 이벤트 당일 진행 순서가 조정될 수 있습니다.
★ 아티스트에게 무리한 부탁 및 사적인 질문은 불가하며, 욕설, 비난, 부적절한 행동 시 STAFF에 의해 강제 종료될 수 있습니다.
★ 각 참가자에게는 구매한 티켓 종류와 수량에 해당하는 영상통화 시간이 제공됩니다. 통화 내용이 부적절하다고 판단될 경우 참여가 제한될 수 있으니 원활한 이벤트 진행과 운영을 위해 협조 부탁드립니다.
★ 영상통화는 참가자 명단 순서대로 진행되며, 배정된 시간이 종료되면 자동으로 다음 참가자에게 연결되거나 통화가 종료됩니다.
★ 배정된 영상통화 시간이 종료되면 바로 통화를 마쳐주시기 바랍니다. 참가자가 직접 통화를 종료하지 않을 경우 사전 경고 없이 연결이 강제 종료될 수 있습니다.
★ 이벤트 시작 전 본인의 네트워크 환경 및 비디오, 오디오 설정을 미리 확인하여 이벤트 진행에 문제가 없도록 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.
★ 본 이벤트 진행 시 구매자 본인이 아닌 다른 사람과 연결되거나 2인 이상 참여하실 경우 STAFF에 의해 강제 종료됩니다.
★ 제2의 전자기기를 이용한 음성 녹음, 사진 및 동영상 촬영은 불가합니다.
[영상통화 이벤트 유의사항]
★ 이벤트 판매 기간 내 구매한 상품은 결제 완료 후에는 고객 임의로 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.
★ 대리인 결제는 가능하나 이로 인해 발생하는 모든 문제에 대해 주최사는 일절 책임지지 않습니다.
★ 판매기간 마감 후 참가자 정보 변경을 불가합니다. 판매기간 내 정보 변경이 필요하시면 hello@timelessnotes.org 으로 ‘주문번호 – 변경할 정보’ 작성하여 문의 부탁드립나다.
★ 연락되지 않은 연락처와 이메일 등 잘못 기재한 정보로 발생한 불이익에 대하여는 책임지지 않습니다.
★ 이벤트 티켓 구매 과정에서 수집된 모든 개인정보는 이벤트 종료 후 30일 이내 일괄 폐기됩니다.
★ 영상통화 이벤트 관련 문의는 해당 판매처에 이메일로 문의하시기 바랍니다.
